Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $6.99 or Free on orders over $99

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $11.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding worldwide.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime through your account.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Info@pakpakpacks.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
